Dhanada Portfolio Management
Limited (DPML)is a ‘public
limited’ company incorporated in
1994 in India and is registered with
the Securities and Exchange Board of
India (SEBI)
under the category ‘Portfolio Manager’ since
2000.
DPML looks after the stock market
investment made with it by its shareholders/clients.
DPML manages their funds as per DPML's
investment policy. This investment
policy is formulated on the basis of
the returns expected by the shareholders/clients,
the required cash outflow and the risk
tolerance level.

Chairman & Managing Director of
DPML, Mr. Ramesh Havele, is a Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA), from the Institute
of Chartered Financial Analysts of
India (ICFAI)
and a member of the CFA
Institute, USA
These institutes and their members
hold the conviction that the interest
of investors and the public will be
best served if financial analysts achieve
reasonable professional standards of
performance. These institutes foster
the achievement of these standards
through several programs. To keep membership
in force, the members of these institutes
are required to comply fully with the
CFA Code of Ethics and Standards of
Professional Conduct.
About Portfolio Management
The Registered Portfolio Manager is
authorized to manage
- Funds of individuals, corporates
and financial institutions like banks
etc.
- Funds raised or collected or brought
from outside India in accordance
with SEBI (Foreign Institutional
Investors) Regulation, 1995.
The Portfolio Manager manages clients'
funds by investing them in various
listed or unlisted securities & derivative
instruments according to their risk-return
profile. The client gives discretionary
power to the portfolio manager to invest
or trade on behalf of him/her to realize
their expected returns on investments.
